Here are some troubleshooting methods to try to solve issues you may have with syncing.

Please attempt these in the order presented until the issue is resolved.

  1. Check that you have stable internet and attempt to sync the device. 
  2. Close the app and relaunch it.
  3. Update the app (using the google play store, or apple app store, respectively.)
  4. Restart the device (turn it off and on again)
  5. Update your Tablets software (this may be done through the settings)
  6. Reinstall the app onto your tablet. (uninstall then reinstall.)
  7. Check that your device meets the minimum requirements to use our app. (Android 6.0 or higher, or Apple Ipad running IOS 11 or higher.)
