Here are some troubleshooting methods to try to solve issues you may have with syncing.
Please attempt these in the order presented until the issue is resolved.
- Check that you have stable internet and attempt to sync the device.
- Close the app and relaunch it.
- Update the app (using the google play store, or apple app store, respectively.)
- Restart the device (turn it off and on again)
- Update your Tablets software (this may be done through the settings)
- Reinstall the app onto your tablet. (uninstall then reinstall.)
- Check that your device meets the minimum requirements to use our app. (Android 6.0 or higher, or Apple Ipad running IOS 11 or higher.)
