Scheduling a job

Article Summary

To Schedule a job, From the main dashboard select the option on the left-hand side of the page called "Schedule" (Shown in the screenshot below)

Once selected, you will see a page that has a calendar in the center and a list of jobs on the left of the screen as shown in the screenshot below. To schedule a job simply click the job you want to do and drag it to the day you want to complete it.  

After you have dropped the job onto the day you want, a pop-up (See screenshot of pop-up below) will appear asking for more information. this is where you tell the system, who is doing the job (Team), where the job is (site) and you can also add additional tasks or comments. Once you have completed the pop up simply push save and you are done! you have scheduled a job.
